Frequently asked questions and useful information about our courses
Which specialty qualifications are required to enrol in the course?
Our courses do not require a specialty board qualification. The prerequisite is a general medical degree.
How can I attend the courses as a resident physician?
Cégünk kiemelten kedvezményes részvételi lehetőséget biztosít rezidensek számára elméleti képzéseinken. A résztvevői létszám függvényében lehetőség nyílhat a hands-on tréningen történő gyakorlásra is. A gyakorlási lehetőség a jelentkezők számától függ, és pontos visszaigazolást a rendezvény előtti napokban tudnak Kollégáink adni. Fontos, hogy a regisztráció kitöltésekor jelezd, hogy jelenleg rezidensi státuszban állsz. A rezidens kedvezmény limitált a létszám függvényében, külön álló hands-on alkalmainkra vonatkozik, komplex ACADEMY-programjainkra (FACE/LIP-program) és VIP-alkalmainkra nem tudjuk kiterjeszteni. Hands-on tréning alkalmával szükséges saját modellt hoznod! Ha mégsem áll módodban saját modellt hozni, kérünk, jelezd Kollégáinknak! Rezidenseknek továbbra is ingyenes részvételi lehetőséget biztosítunk akkreditált képzéseinken.
Does completing the course entitle me to an ÁNTSZ (public health authority) licence?
The courses organised by our company do not confer entitlement to an operating licence. Eligibility for an ÁNTSZ (public health authority) licence depends on the current ÁNTSZ regulations, and issuing the licence is at the discretion of the locally competent authority.
How many courses are recommended before starting an aesthetic practice?
The recommended number of courses depends on each participant's prior training, level of routine, and the complexity of the procedure being practised. We generally recommend that, as soon as possible after the first Beginner session, you seek further opportunities to gain active practice – whether through additional courses or under the supervision of an experienced colleague – and become familiar with as many cases and techniques as possible.
How many models will I practise on during the course?
At our group Hands-on sessions, every participant has the opportunity to practise on one model each. If the session covers several topics with several Trainers, participants may practise on one model per topic. At our VIP Hands-on sessions, the Participant has the opportunity to treat 3–4 models.
Which products can I redeem against the course fee?
Jelenleg a tanfolyamok díja redeemable for products cégünk teljes portfóliójában elérhető termékeire. Ismerje meg márkáinkat és kínálatunkat: https://mdexpert.hu/aesthetics/
A gyakorlati rész során általad felhasznált termékek és fogyóeszközök díja levonásra kerül a képzési díjból. Az ezen túl fennmaradó összeg értékében választhatsz teljes portfóliónkból.
Can I receive a certificate in English?
Yes, a certificate in English can be requested. If you require one, please let us know when registering or at least 7 working days before the course.
Where can I park?
In the underground garage of the BudaWest Office Building, or in the surrounding streets, where parking is free of charge.
How can I join the waiting list?
If a given day's programme is already full, our system automatically opens registration for the Waiting List. In this case, a red notice reading "Join the Waiting List" will be displayed, but technically the online registration process is the same for you as standard registration. As soon as a place becomes available due to a cancellation or an increase in capacity, we will contact you using the details you provided.
Is food provided during the breaks?
During our courses, coffee, refreshments and snacks are served in the coffee breaks, while cold platters and sandwiches await participants during the lunch break. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in advance.
Do I need to bring any equipment or work attire with me?
We provide all the instruments, materials and single-use disposable medical gowns required for the practical training. For the hands-on portion, we recommend arriving in — or bringing — clothing in which you can work comfortably.
What do the ACADEMY FACE and LIP programmes include?
Throughout our company's 10 years of operation, we have always placed great emphasis on the training of our physician partners. In 2024, drawing on the experience of recent years and the feedback of our trainers and partners, we developed two training programmes, each consisting of 3 modules, designed primarily for physicians new to the field. The aim of these programmes (ACADEMY LIP and ACADEMY FACE) is to provide a well-structured, practice-oriented, multi-module curriculum that progresses from foundational theoretical knowledge through practical hands-on sessions, taking participants from beginner level to intermediate techniques. Participation is limited: 6 places are available in each programme. Both the LIP and the FACE programme comprise 3 sessions: 2 hands-on trainings plus 1 complimentary accredited (credit-earning) theoretical session.
What should I bring to the course? How does check-in work?
After you register, we will send you a confirmation email containing your personal QR-code admission ticket. On-site check-in is completed by scanning this QR code — simply present it on your phone; no printing is required.
How can I save the course to my calendar?
On the course page and in the confirmation e-mail, you can add the event to Google Calendar or Outlook with a single click, or download it as an .ics calendar file for any other calendar application.
Where can I track my registrations?
By logging in with your email address under the My Account or My Registrations menu in the header, you can view the status of all your registrations, download your tickets and documents, and cancel your participation if necessary.
Will I receive a reminder before the course?
Yes, before the course we send an automatic email reminder with the most important information (date, venue, parking), so you will not miss anything. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to be the first to hear about new courses and special offers.
